Sixteen cognitive lobes and twenty-one role-nodes sit on a single interconnect. Spokes carry models, tools, and nominated hardware. The hub does not pretend a missing spoke is live.
One API pull
Models and sockets, same contract.
TUCE, EngOS, or a local operator calls Flywheel once. The answer is a routed capability — open-source weights, a neuromorphic socket, or a refusal — with occupancy attached.
Offline private AI
Air-gap is a mode, not a slogan.
The default path is local. Cloud fallback exists only when policy, credentials, and consent are explicit. We do not smuggle telemetry inside a demo.
Resource management
Show what can run before it downloads.
Fit considers weights, context cache, OS reserve, disk, and observed speed. A model that does not fit stays download-only.
Relearning
Compound intelligence, not a scoreboard.
Paths that survive validation reinforce. Paths that fail stay visible. We do not publish a made-up compounding rate.
