How it works

The hub selects. The spoke runs. Occupancy travels with the answer.

A local operator — or TUCE, which is its own app — asks Flywheel for a capability. Flywheel scans the machine, fits the catalog, binds a spoke or refuses. Theatre is not a return type. Every menu below is a real Hub surface.

How a model gets chosen.

    Scan the machine

    RAM, disk, CPU topology, and installed weights. Accelerators stay unavailable in the primary scan unless measured.

  2. 02

    Fit the catalog

    Each model gets a selection card: purpose, size, quant, fit, license, speed, roles. A model that does not fit stays download-only.

  3. 03

    Nominate a spoke

    The hub names a model, a tool, a lobe, or a complementary socket. Nomination is not a live bind.

  4. 04

    Bind or refuse

    Live-bound only when a runtime attachment exists. Otherwise unavailable. The hub will refuse rather than fake occupancy.

  5. 05

    Route the smallest path

    Open-source weights first. Adapters attach to a compatible base. Neuromorphic sockets stay complementary until bound.
