Who we are
This host is the Flywheel product surface in the TUCE family. Flywheel Hub software is MIT-licensed open source. Contact: admin@tuce.app. Governing law: State of Florida, United States.
What we collect on this host
If you submit the contact form, we store name, email, optional organization, topic, message, page path, and time. If you sign in, we store the identity the auth broker returns (display name, email if provided, session). We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this marketing surface.
What we do not collect here
Prompts, model outputs, and hub task payloads are not collected by this marketing site. Healthcare-adjacent TUCE apps do not collect PHI from this host. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and session
Sign-in uses a first-party session cookie (or a bearer token in the live preview iframe). There is no marketing cookie wall because there is no marketing tracker.
Rights
Email admin@tuce.app for access or deletion of mail or form records you sent us. We will not invent a portal SLA. Product-account data lives in the hub you operate.
Retention
Contact records are kept to reply and to keep a minimum audit of inbound mail. Preview databases reset when the preview process restarts.
