Effective 15 September 2026. This is a public draft for the marketing host. A signed DPA, if needed, is issued on request to admin@tuce.app.
Roles
For contact-form records, the operator of flywheel.tuce.app is the controller. For hub deployments you run, you are the controller; Flywheel Hub software processes data on the machine you operate. We do not claim to be a subprocessor for every TUCE family app.
Categories
Identity and message content you send via the form or via email. No PHI is collected here. Do not send PHI, card data, or secrets in the form.
Instructions
We store to reply. We do not sell the records. We do not train public models on your inbound mail. Subprocessors, if added, will be named here with a date.
Transfers and law
State of Florida, United States. International transfers, if any, will be named. Preview databases may reside wherever this host is deployed.
How to request a signed copy
Email admin@tuce.app with your legal name, address, and the product scope. We will not invent a self-serve clickwrap that pretends to be a negotiated DPA.
